Whether you’re new to yoga or the studio, you can only be new once. We’re offering you the outlet to dive in and discover multiple class styles to better understand and connect to what fits you. As a student, take advantage of one-week-unlimited or one-month-unlimited to explore as many classes as you can.
Reserving your classes online and being on time is the best way to guarantee yourself a spot on the floor.
POLICY: We do NOT take your class away from you if you “no show” however, if the class is FULL and we have students waiting - 5 mins prior to the start of class we will start letting those students waiting on to the main floor. This means if you are late; you may lose your reserved spot.
SUGGESTION: Download the Mindbody app to easily check in and out of classes. Not sure what package is best for you; just show up to class 15 minutes early and we’ll get you started.

Vinyasa : Level 1 + 2
This class 75 min class offers a foundational sequence focused around breath and alignment. Cultivate a deeper awareness of basic postures while learning how to mindfully transition in between. Whether you are new to yoga or have a more advanced practice, this class will leave you with a better understanding of asana.
Power : Level 2
LEVEL 2 & BEYOND. Take your practice to the next level with this 75 minute power flow. This class will offer an active flow incorporating challenging postures in a heated space. You will gain physical and mental strength along with a deeper sense of personal growth and confidence. Take a chance and show up!
This all levels class is practiced in a warm space and is the counterbalance to the more dynamic and active (yang) styles of yoga. With Deep Stretch/Yin Yoga each posture is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues leaving you with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace.
$5 Beginners : All Levels Intro
Begin your yoga journey with us and discover the confidence to explore and deepen your understanding of yoga. A slower class dedicated to learning foundational poses and correct alignment and the basics of vinyasa (flow) yoga. There will be an emphasis on linking breath and movement while building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Happy Hour Power Flow
Join us for the “best hour” of your day. This "heated" power flow class is the perfect end to your week and the beginning to your weekend. Complete with playful asana, thumping music and the occasional dance break, leave feeling energized, refreshed and READY FOR THE WEEKEND.
Power Hour : Level 2
Same as our Power class but just for 1 hour. When time is tight you can still take your practice to the next level. This class will offer an active flow incorporating challenging postures in a heated space. You will gain physical and mental strength, along with a deeper sense of personal growth and confidence.
