Classes

We offer classes for all yogis at every level, and each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need. To reserve your spot on the mat, show up 15 minutes early and sign up for classes on MindBody.

Vinyasa : Level 1 + 2

Tuesdays, Thursdays

This class 75 min class offers a foundational sequence focused around breath and alignment. Cultivate a deeper awareness of basic postures while learning how to mindfully transition in between. Whether you are new to yoga or have a more advanced practice, this class will leave you with a better understanding of asana.

LEVEL 2 & BEYOND. Take your practice to the next level with this 75 minute power flow. This class will offer an active flow incorporating challenging postures in a heated space. You will gain physical and mental strength along with a deeper sense of personal growth and confidence. Take a chance and show up!

Deep Stretch/Yin

This all levels class is practiced in a warm space and is the counterbalance to the more dynamic and active (yang) styles of yoga. With Deep Stretch/Yin Yoga each posture is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues leaving you with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace.

Begin your yoga journey with us and discover the confidence to explore and deepen your understanding of yoga. A slower class dedicated to learning foundational poses and correct alignment and the basics of vinyasa (flow) yoga. There will be an emphasis on linking breath and movement while building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Join us for the “best hour” of your day.  This "heated" power flow class is the perfect end to your week and the beginning to your weekend.  Complete with playful asana, thumping music and the occasional dance break, leave feeling energized, refreshed and ready for the weekend.

We believe in making yoga accessible to all by offering affordable and donation based classes. Our Community Class is open to everyone - students of all ages, body types, ability and experience. Simply "pay what you can" and enjoy this all levels class.
