MAHA Yin Yoga
Teacher Training

Join Ashlee in this comprehensive yin yoga immersion. As an acupuncturist, massage therapist and yoga teacher, she will combine her knowledge with years of experience for an in-depth study of all things yin. Over the weekend current yoga teachers will gain the tools and resources needed to confidently lead their own yin yoga classes. It will also provide a space for anyone to unwind and relax while expanding their knowledge of yin yoga.

In addition to lecture and open dialogue, you will practice four yin classes led by Ashlee. Be prepared to dive into deeper layers of mind, body and energetic body while learning to guide others to do the same.
