When you're not sharing yoga, where can we find you?Sitting on the beach reading, running with my husband Shawn on the streets of Charleston, or putting on my Realtor hat and finding someone their perfect home.
“If only you could see how important you are to the lives of those you meet; how important you can be to people you may never even dream of. There is something of yourself that you leave at every meeting with another person.” -Fred Rogers

What can we expect from your class?
To put aside your daily stresses and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. To push yourself to learn something new in your body while getting a heart pumping workout.

Your breath is the most important puzzle pieces of your yoga practice. It allows you to fully immerse yourself in your practice, synchronizing your breath to movement.
What makes you come alive?
At the beginning of yoga class everyone is quiet and are suppressing their emotions. By the end of class everyone comes alive, they are animated, vocal about how they feel, and have found a smile on their face. I come alive when I see that transformation. The fact I was able to facilitate that means everything to me…….That and puppies.
