When you're not sharing yoga, where can we find you?
I love to sneak in a workout at Orangetheory Fitness and of course running my kids to and from school and all their afterschool activities.

Community is a group of people who come together in a welcoming and supportive way, despite any differences they might have. Community brings UNITY.

What can we expect from your class?
You can expect to feel CHALLENGED both physically and mentally.  Always moving towards your edge and looking for places to expand your comfort zone.  My f!avorite quote is:  "If it doesn't CHALLENGE you ~ it does not CHANGE you!"

The breath is:
Simply your POWER!
Your breath moves you and your breath keeps you still.
Your breath quiets the noise in your head and the breath allows you to be mindful. The breath gives you the ability to look inward and let go.
