-Going on adventures with my son, riding vintage mopeds with my husband, roller skating round West Ashley or hiding my nose in a good book.

What does community mean to you?
- Feeling safe and welcome no matter who you are and finding a true sense of belonging amongst others from all walks of life.

What is one word to describe yoga?

My favorite moment in a yoga class?
-When I finally get out of my head and allow the breath to fill my entire being. That is when the true connection happens for me: of mind, body and soul.
